DISCLAIMER: I the undersigned do hear by agree to abide by all club rules and by-laws. I also understand the risk of injury while participating in ATV events sponsored by Lakeland ATV Club or on my own. I understand Lakeland ATV Club cannot assume responsibility or safety of me and family members or my passengers if I/we participate in any Lakeland ATV club sponsored function. If I/we participate in any Lakeland ATV Club event I/We do so voluntarily on my assessment of the condition of machines and abilities of skills. I further understand that I assume all risks myself, my passenger and my property and agree to release Lakeland ATV Club and to hold harmless all officers, members and representatives from any liability loss, damage, costs, claims or lawsuits including but not limited to bodily injuries and or death. I/we agree to participate in fund raising events & raffles.  All members must be 18 years or older to join the Lakeland ATV Club.
